Bad Dentistry

"That bridge is history!" These words came from my then dentist as he casually lifted a faulty bridge from my mouth and tossed it aside. It was the same bridge he's installed nine months previously, and its failure has cost me the loss of three teeth and $ 10,000.00

Did he offer to replace the bridge and repair the damage he's caused at no cost? Nope.

Did he even apologize for his ineptitude? Nope.

What he did do, was demand a referral fee from the dentist I found on my own, who was able to repair the damage he'd done.

So this new dentist then raised his price to me to cover that. Which left me in the position of finding yet another dentist.

Well, I found one. A very very good one and he did an absolutely remarkable job of correcting an inexcusably incompetent fiasco.

But I couldn't give me back the three teeth I'd lost through the cupidity of a dentist who presents himself as a professional.

Anyone else have a problem like this. I could use some company in my misery.
