CHELATION TEST
There's a simple test for the effectiveness of any chelation protocol and you can do it yourself. Chelation strips the calculus plaque from your arteries and carries it out of your body via your kidneys.
If you're planning to start an oral chelation program, get yourself a pair of small clear jars with lids. Before beginning your program, place a urine sample in one of the jars and cap it. Then begin taking your chelating pills.
Do this for three or four days; then place another urine sample in the other jar and cap it. Let both jars stand undisturbed overnight.
Next day, pick up the first jar and swirl it. Take a look. It should be clear, amber liquid; nothing extraordinary. Now pick up the jar you filled most recently. Swirl it. If your chelation pills have been doing their job you'll see a white tornado of tiny particles, like in a blizzard swirling around. That stuff is arterial plaque that's been removed from your arteries. If it isn't there, the product you've been using isn't working. Simple, huh?
You can get a whole bunch of FDA approved lab tests by yourself, without needing to see a doctor about them from - http://www.homehealthtesting.com. Look for an article about them in a future issue of Le Quadrillage.

CHELATION CORRIDOR
EDTA CHELATION - The biggest breakthrough in cardiovascular health of the century!!
IF YOU'RE OVER FIFTY AND LIVE IN THE U.S. OR ANY ADVANCED NATION YOU'RE PROBABLY A CANDIDATE FOR CHELATION!
Fifty years ago, doctors who were forward thinking enough to offer chelation therapy to their patients kept a low profile for fear of censure by their peers and sanctions by our government. Today, the surgeons hate chelation therapy in any form, IV or oral, and support aggressive campaigns to denounce it.
In spite of this, chelation continues to grow in favor and acceptance, simply because it works! However, this phenomenal upsurge of acceptance has not come without its negatives. One of these is the immense proliferation of pure junk product masquerading as chelating formulas.
At Le Quadrillage we've spent a great deal of time researching the myriad of products out there claiming effective chelating properties. Certainly it's impossible to review them all, so we offer here on this site, only those products that are, in our view the very best in terms of effectiveness and value.
At the top of the Le Quadrillage list: Heart Supplement Formula, from Extreme Health. If you have chest pains, a history of plaque in your arteries, you need to look at Heart Supplement Formula the next generation of oral chelation formula.
Chelation has also been known to promote clearer, sharper thinking, improve vision, restore hearing, sharpen your sense of smell and boost energy levels.
It seems reasonable, judging from the way the therapy works, that people suffering from early onset Alzheimer's Disease might benefit.
Oral Chelation / Age-Less formula
For those with kidney and/or liver problems, where EDTA might not be tolerable or advisable, we highly recommend Cardio-Klenz by Xtend-Life, a New Zealand company with an impeccable reputation for quality and reliability. Their service is superb, prices are reasonable and their efforts to exceed all governmental and professional standards nothing short of heroic!
One other caveat: EDTA does not bind to mercury, or to lead that has been in the body for more than seven days. Your sole reason for choosing a chelating formula containing EDTA should be to clear your arteries of plaque in the shortest possible time. For maintenance or for a more liesurely pace in clearing partially blocked arteries, it is wiser to use a formula that does not contain EDTA.

CHELATION THERAPY- in plain English
EDTA chelation therapy is a method for removing heavy and toxic metals from the body. It has been well established and accepted as a standard medical procedure for more than 50 years. It is approved by the FDA for the treatment of lead toxicity. The mainstream medical community has strongly resisted the extension of EDTA chelation to the treatment of coronary artery disease. After all, the surgeons will lose their $80,000.00 operations, and if people avoid getting sick, then there won't be any opportunity to manage their diseases! A depressing number of mainstream doctors have the attitude that it's more to their advantage to manage a disease than to cure it.
The undeniable fact is, EDTA chelation therapy works! Precisely how it works is still under intensive study and several well founded theories are being pursued. Some refer to the chelation process as a "roto-router" type mechanism, but that's a grave oversimplification. But the absolute bottom line is that EDTA chelation unclogs your arteries. A course of EDTA chelation will leave your arteries clear of plaque and heavy metals. Scientists have determined that heavy metals such as lead, mercury, aluminum (yes, aluminum is a heavy metal), arsenic, etc. cause damage to the thin inner lining (endothelium) of the blood vessels and cause what they call endothelial dysfunction. Numerous studies have been conducted, all pointing to this as the cause of all major coronary heart diseases. When this thin lining of the blood vessels is damaged or blocked off with plaque, it cannot produce the components vital to your coronary health. The endothelial cells play a vital role in the health and integrity of every tissue in the body! Chelation appears to restore this function to your arteries.
The process of arterial disease development is so intricate, that it would take volumes to describe. Bottom line; EDTA chelation clears your blood vessels of plaques and heavy metals and enables them to resume the functions they're designed to perform.
IV OR ORAL?
This is a question best left between you and your doctor. As in every treatment, there are pros and cons. Be certain that you're seeing a doctor who is familiar with, and accepting of, chelation therapy. If you have a doctor opposed to it, the view here at LeQuadrillage is; find another! ACAM (American College for the Advancement of Medicine) has numerous members across the nation who subscribe fully to chelation therapy.
Basically it would be a matter of considering your individual needs. If you're in end stage heart disease, it would seem logical that you get help and response to treatment as quickly as possible. In this case, you'd probably be best served by electing IV infusion. In more moderate cases, the oral products available today are quite adequate, providing you get them from a reliable source.
Here's the skinny!
IV therapy costs about $ 100.00 per infusion and your insurance is unlikely to pick up the tab for it, so it will be all on you. It will, in the end, still cost you a whole lot less than surgery! Your chelating physician will require on-going testing as the infusions are administered, So be prepared for the extra costs involved there. Chelating physicians are aware of, and very very careful to avoid kidney malfunctions which can occur when EDTA is administered too quickly.
IV chelation is usually administered in 3000 mg doses, whereas good Oral products normally contain 300 mg of EDTA. Thus one IV infusion is worth about ten Oral treatments. There are some oral products coming on the market these days claiming to contain 1000 mg of EDTA, but LeQuadrillage has been unable to verify their claims.

IGNORE THE "BREAKTHROUGH" CLAIMS!
Chelation protocols have been administered successfully for more than 30 years. There is nothing "breakthrough" about them and any claims of fantastic breakthroughs should be roundly ignored. That's a sure sign of a shoddy product offering. Oral chelation products are a logical and controlled progression from the standard IV protocol. They've been around for a number of years and are being continually improved. They work quite well but fall short of anything miraculous. Expect it to take time to clear your arteries, and anticipate the need to stick with your treatment for as long as it takes.
