Heiko is a working dog.  He's the overseer of our timber plantation in the Pacific Northwest and he takes his job seriously.  He's been shot apprehending a poacher; he's faced off with and treed a cougar, been thrown from the back of an angry stag elk, and kicked by our unruly stallion who resents being herded.

Heiko has had his share of injuries (he's never called in sick), and he's come through them all in fine form, due to uncompromising veterinary care, his superb conditioning and his excellent general health being maintained by a diet of absolutely premium dog food.
